· Must reside in the state when elected

· Must be at least (30) years of age

· Must have resided in the state for at least (3) years

· Must reside in the state when elected

· Must be a natural born citizen

· Must be at least (35) years of age

· Must be a resident within the United States for (14) years prior to the election
